It is the role of our project co-ordinator to ensure a systematic approach whether for a specific consultancy project, a new implementation or on-going productivity improvements. Our objective is to ensure a systematic approach whilst treating every project to the care and attention required.
The role of the project co-ordinator is to:
- Provide a realistic and attainable project plan with an agreed timetable of deliverables that factors in seasonal peaks and toughs
- Assign resource to attain the project goals
- Manage Weekly telephone updates / reports to track and resolve issues as they arise
- Liaise with the MACS implementation team and our customers’ teams when plans need to be rethought
